About the Role

2nd Shift Mechanical Assembler Pay: $20-23/hr + 10% shift differential ($22-$25.30/hr) This role performs complex

mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies on a production line, with a focus on quality, safety, and

continuous improvement. You will interpret detailed technical documentation, troubleshoot assembly issues, support

automated equipment, and provide coaching to junior assemblers while working on a fast-paced second shift in a modern,

climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Execute complex assembly tasks, including advanced mechanical assembly of

components and subassemblies on an assembly line. Read and interpret detailed blueprints, engineering drawings,
