About the Role
2nd Shift Tig Welder We are seeking experienced TIG Welders to support a fast-paced production line environment. This
role involves TIG welding black carbon steel and stainless-steel pipe, including flanges and elbows, with a strong focus
on cycle time, takt time, and repeatable quality. Ideal candidates are comfortable working on a moving line and
maintaining weld quality while meeting production targets. Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on black carbon steel
pipe up to 8 inches and 4-inch pipe assemblies. Execute carbon steel to stainless steel welds. Weld elbows and flanges
connecting to compressors. Complete welds through all three welding phases: root pass, fill pass, and cover cap.
