About the Role

Sunland Asphalt is seeking a Screed Operator in Phoenix, Arizona, responsible for operating asphalt screed machines and

heavy equipment for paving projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safety compliance while providing excellent service

to customers and assisting in job-site operations. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and

some related experience. The position requires strong communication skills and adherence to safety policies. A current
