Position Purpose Seeking an experienced Asphalt Screed Operator skilled in operating screed machines and associated

heavy equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate roller and other heavy equipment for paving projects.

Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and machinery. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to

complete jobs. Provide excellent customer service as a front‐line representative. Work on the ground as needed and

maintain a safe, orderly job site. Work quickly and productively to meet production goals set by foreman,
