About the Role
Baker Our Bakers will be responsible for executing a wide variety of tasks throughout the Bakery department. A Baker has
a keen eye for Food Safety and Sanitation and will be able to help in production and merchandising while offering
unmatched customer service. A Baker is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment
and provide excellent customer service. A Baker's responsibilities include: Mixing, weighing, proofing, baking, frying,
decorating, finishing and merchandising quality bakery products using Bashas' recipes. Loading and unloading the oven,
knowing the proper temperatures and duration to bake all varieties of product, Scaling cakes and cupcakes, ice sweet
