About the Role

Bus Driver The job of the Bus Driver is done for the purpose of transporting students over scheduled routes and/or

to/from special excursions; ensuring vehicle is in safe operating condition; and ensuring safety of students during

transport, loading and unloading from buses. Responsibilities include: Advises students and other passengers of

appropriate behavior Assesses incidents, complaints, accidents and/or potential emergency situations Assists students

and other passengers Attends meetings, trainings, etc. Cleans assigned vehicles, both interior and exterior; conducts

emergency evacuation drills Drives school bus(es) Fuels assigned vehicle, (e.g. oil, water, fuel, etc.) Performs
