About the Role

divh2Bus Driver Substitute/h2pThe job of the Bus Driver Substitute is done for the purpose of transporting students over

scheduled routes and/or to/from special excursions; ensuring vehicle is in safe operating condition; and ensuring safety

of students during transport, loading and unloading from buses./ppResponsibilities include - advises students and other

passengers of appropriate behavior; assesses incidents, complaints, accidents and/or potential emergency situations;

assists students and other passengers; attends meetings, trainings, etc.; cleans assigned vehicles, both interior and

exterior; conducts emergency evacuation drills; drives school bus(es); fuels assigned vehicle, (e.g. oil, water, fuel,
