About the Role
Bus Driver Trainee The school bus driver trainee will undergo training to transport children for school purposes in a
safe and efficient manner under the supervision and guidance of qualified personnel. Performance responsibilities
include: Learning to obey all traffic laws, Arizona Department of Transportation rules, Roosevelt School District
policies and procedures, and mandatory safety regulations for school buses under the supervision of a certified trainer.
Assisting in transporting only authorized students on assigned routes, to and from school, and/or on field trips or
special events as part of supervised training. Participating in mandatory safety inspections under supervision, learning
