About the Role

Bus Driver Trainee The school bus driver trainee will undergo training to transport children for school purposes in a

safe and efficient manner under the supervision and guidance of qualified personnel. The trainee will learn to obey all

traffic laws, Arizona Department of Transportation rules, Roosevelt School District policies and procedures, and

mandatory safety regulations for school buses under the supervision of a certified trainer. The trainee will assist in

transporting only authorized students on assigned routes, to and from school, and/or on field trips or special events as

part of supervised training. The trainee will participate in mandatory safety inspections under supervision, learning to
