About the Role

Bus Driver Trainer The job of the Bus Driver Trainer is responsible for safely transporting students to and from school

and school-related activities, while also serving as a DPS certified instructor in compliance with Department of Public

Safety (DPS) regulations. This position provides instruction and training to new and current bus drivers in the

classroom, during pre-trip/post-trip inspections (PPT), and behind-the-wheel, ensuring adherence to all state, federal,

and district transportation policies and safety standards. This job reports to Director of Transportation. Essential
