About the Role
Description Position Description: The CNC Machinist (Mill) plays a vital role in our operations by setting up, and
operating computer numerical control (CNC) Mill machines. They are responsible for maintaining safety and quality
standards, documenting procedures, and ensuring equipment upkeep to support the achievement of Masterbilt's business
goals and objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions Plan machining processes by studying
work orders, blueprints, and specifications, and interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). Set up
machines by installing and adjusting chucks, tools, and attachments. Maintain specifications by observing operations,
