Job Title Essential Functions / Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality fasteners Set up and

calibrate machines according to specifications Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting,

including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions;

troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to

quality assurance procedures and processes Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Troubleshoot

and resolve machine-related problems Maintain a clean and safe work environment and safe operations by adhering to
