About the Role
Position Summary We are hiring Construction Skilled Laborers with a Class A CDL to support underground utility
construction projects in the Tempe / Phoenix area . This role involves physical labor, operating small construction
equipment, driving company trucks, and assisting with underground utility installation. Responsibilities Perform manual
labor for underground utility construction projects Assist with trenching, digging, and conduit installation Load and
unload materials and equipment Operate small construction equipment as needed Drive company trucks to and from job sites
Maintain clean and safe job sites Follow direction from the Foreman and crew leads Requirements Valid Class A CDL
