About the Role
Dispatcher - Local Dispatcher AM Shift Must have experience dispatching Class A Drivers. Provide support to the Class A
drivers (Local) on duty, ensuring that the routes run smoothly and addressing any issues that may arise. Provide
customer updates on pickup and/or delivery status via email, websites, and/or phone. Update information on various
reports for both internal and external customers. Other clerical duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Candidates must possess excellent communication and computer skills Experience working within a Truck Management System
(TMS) preferred. Previous dispatching experience for Class A drivers required Knowledge of the Phoenix metro area to
