About the Role

Dispatcher We are seeking a professional and reliable Dispatcher to oversee daily transportation operations and ensure

efficient, on-time service. Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, you will be responsible for directing route operations,

managing ride schedules, and addressing real-time service issues. This role requires daily communication with providers,

clients, and internal teams to maintain smooth and cost-effective performance. Oversee radio and telephone

communications for quality assurance. Monitor system performance using Trapeze and address any issues proactively.

Ensure compliance with ADA Paratransit and Ride Choice policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with operations
