Emulsion Truck Driver The Emulsion Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of an asphalt

emulsion distributor truck to transport and apply emulsion materials used in roadway construction and maintenance.

Essential Job Accountabilities Safely operate an emulsion distributor truck to on construction projects and public

roadways. Apply tack coat, prime coat, fog seal, chip seal, and/or related applications on road surfaces. Set and

maintain proper spray bar nozzles, valves, pumps and pressure, temperature and heating systems, as well as application

rates to ensure proper operation. Perform pre- and post-inspections and complete required logs, pursuant to DOT
