About the Role
Dispatcher Join Our Community of Food People! The Dispatcher will coordinate driver assignments and activities to ensure
proper distribution service to our customers. Escalate issues whenever there are risks to proper service. Coordinate
driver activities and shuttle assignments to resolve service issues and minimize overtime, downtime, and hours of
service violations. Ensure that customer's needs are being met in a prompt and professional manner and escalate issues
(late dispatch, breakdown, other service failures) to managers and sales force. Coordinate trailer, tractor, and
