Equipment Services Dispatcher

About the Role

Dispatcher The Dispatcher will be responsible for all transportation related concerns within a geographic market with

the ability to cover other markets as needed. Communicate with customers re: freight details, delivery/pick up times and

any special requests Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and management reports. Maximize fleet utilization to ensure

profitable operations. Meet or exceed for-hire freight customer SLA's Arrange for fleet inspections/maintenance while

maintaining adequate equipment coverage Ensure driver schedules are adequate to meet customer SLA's, reporting any gaps

to management. Complete all training in a timely manner to comply with all DOT and Gavel requirements. Reasonable
