About the Role

Dispatcher Join Our Community of Food People! Basic Purpose: The Dispatcher will coordinate driver assignments and

activities to ensure proper distribution service to our customers. Escalate issues whenever there are risks to proper

service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate driver activities and shuttle assignments to resolve service

issues and minimize overtime, downtime, and hours of service violations. Complete attendance trackers and verify that

drivers are using Omnitracs properly. Ensure that customer's needs are being met in a prompt and professional manner and

escalate issues (late dispatch, breakdown, other service failures) to managers and sales force. Reassign routes as
