Equipment Services Dispatcher

About the Role

Vaco has partnered with a Phoenix-based company seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate driver schedules and routes, ensuring

efficient and on-time operations. This role works closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams to keep daily

operations running smoothly. Schedule: Monday Friday 4:00 AM 12:00 PM (8-hour shift) On-call rotation (every 3rd

weekend) Responsibilities: Coordinate driver schedules and assign routes based on daily needs Act as the main point of

contact for drivers, helping with directions, updates, and issues throughout the day Communicate with customers and

internal teams to keep deliveries running smoothly Make real-time adjustments to schedules as things change Review
