About the Role

Job Title Duties and Responsibilities include: Responsible for the safe, efficient and effective dispatching of the

flight schedule utilizing all training resources like Instructors, aircraft, classrooms and simulators. Maximizing

assets and mitigating cancellations is the primary goal. Coordinate and ensure efficient execution by creating a

collaborative environment with the Training, Maintenance and Customer Service departments. Adherence to all company and

regulatory requirements. Work with maintenance to ensure all inspections and repairs are fulfilled appropriately.

Excellent Customer Service is an essential requirement for this position. Mitigates cancellations while observing
