About the Role
ASSEMBLER
The job of Assembler is responsible for assembling and preparing food products, primarily tamales and burritos, in
accordance with established recipes, portion standards, and production procedures. This position plays a key role in
ensuring that all products meet Tucson Foods standards for quality, consistency, and food safety.
