Food Production Worker
About the Role
Food Production Worker The Food Production Worker prepares healthy food which is provided to the MCSO inmate population
and instructs inmates on kitchen tasks. This position is involved in all aspects of food preparation, operating in a
safe and secure manner within a jail environment. Shift Schedule possibilities include: ~1st Shift works 6:00 am to 2:00
pm for 5 days a week, with 2 days off in a row. ~2nd Shift works from 2:00 pm to 12:00 am 4 days per week, with 3 days
off in a row. Successful candidates will have two weeks of training on 1st shift. During that training, you will be
assigned to either 1st or 2nd shift. Please understand after training you will be given a set schedule and will be
