Grounds Keeper

About the Role

The Groundskeeper / Assistant Maintenance Technician will maintain the overall cleanliness and functionality of the

community facilities. This job plays a key role in executing our company's purpose statement: We build community by

bringing people together in the neighborhoods where they live. What you'll accomplish: Daily upkeep of the community

grounds and facilities. General cleaning and removing trash on a dedicated route. Sweeping or hosing off community areas

daily and as needed after rental. Ensuring areas around the dumpsters are clear. Operating within OSHA standards and

company safety policies. Maintaining inventory of supplies / equipment needed to perform duties. Executing additional
