About the Role

Position Description Groundskeeper Classification Non-Exempt Classified Based on Experience, 40 hours a week, 12 month

employee Salary Approved Classified Compensation Plan (Education and Experience) Purpose Statement To maintain grounds,

fields and other outside areas of the District. Principal Duties Dragging, Cleaning & Maintaining the District retention

areas Substituting if necessary Mows grass, trims trees, operates a weed eater and performs other grounds keeping

activities. Irrigates all sites and maintains/repairs sprinkler systems. Assists with spraying by administering

herbicides and insecticides Assists with fertilization of fields and turf areas Inspects playground equipment and
