About the Role
Cal-Am Properties, Inc. is seeking Landscaping & Maintenance employees to maintain the resort and its community grounds.
Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, and fertilizing, ensuring high quality maintenance standards. Candidates
should be able to lift heavy equipment and operate various maintenance tools. A valid driver's license is necessary. The
position requires occasional weekend work and a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Benefits include
