Heavy Equipment Operators T.L Hanks Excavating is now hiring for: Heavy equipment operators - experience with excavator,

hammer, compactor, loader, water truck, and grade tractor for site prep. Responsibilities and Duties: Site pad, arena,

and barn site prep grading and excavation for custom homes Ability to read and interpret site plans Ability to direct

crews Ability to do hillside work Ability to do final/finish grades within 1/10 Day-to-day activities of the position:

Current hours are 7am - 3pm M-S Work is mostly in the Rio Verde/Scottsdale area Function of this position: Ability to
