About the Role
Heavy Equipment Operator The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating various pieces
of heavy mobile equipment including but are not limited to Motor Graders, Dozers, Excavators, Backhoes, Compaction
Equipment, Scrapers, and Wheel Loaders in support of safe and efficient completion of construction projects. Safely
operate heavy equipment to excavate, move, load and grade earth, rock, gravel, and other materials. Perform various
activities including but not limited to road building, fine grading, finishing, sloping, banking, backfilling,
demolition, ditching, loading, excavating, stockpiling, road surface maintenance, building and maintaining road berms,
