Description Grounds Maintenance Technician We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grounds Maintenance Technician
to support the upkeep and appearance of our property. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who
enjoy outdoor work and take pride in maintaining clean, attractive environments. Operate leaf blowers to clear debris
from parking lots, walkways, and landscaped areas Perform painting tasks as needed to maintain signage, fences, and
other outdoor structures Conduct pressure washing to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, and other surfaces Maintain
cleanliness of parking lots by removing trash, debris, and ensuring proper organization Support weekly landscaping
