About the Role

Painter The Paint Shop Operator plays a crucial role in the production process by performing masking, surface

preparation, mixing, and application of aerospace coatings to ensure products meet engineering drawings, customer

specifications, and company quality requirements. Prepare parts for painting through cleaning, masking, surface

preparation, and fixture setup. Verify coating coverage, appearance, and workmanship meet engineering drawings and

customer specifications. Remove masking, clean finished parts, and prepare products for the next manufacturing

operation. Perform basic in-process inspections and notify supervision of any quality or process concerns. Safely
