About the Role
On-Site Painter XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of
custom air treatment systems focused on research and energy development contributing to the reduction of carbon
footprint. As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified and experienced on-site Painter to join the
team. Reporting to the Team Lead at the Mesa XNRGY production site. The Painter is a senior-level position responsible
for overseeing painting process for custom HVAC systems and components. This role requires advanced expertise in
painting techniques, coatings, foam and materials, along with the ability to coach and mentor less experienced painters.
