Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Flexible Schedule  Our primary focus is multi-family, single family and commercial investment property management and

sales. We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual to be a full-time maintenance technician, serving both our

multi-family and single family rentals. Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC,

painting, and general repair/maintenance tasks to maintain properties. This role may require traveling to multiple sites

within the Phoenix metro area each day. We’re looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll

make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine
