Maintenance Technician

About the Role

The full-time maintenance technician position works among our Phoenix facilities handling all daily maintenance needs

and repairs which can include plumbing, drywall, HVAC and appliances, this position will be performing most of the

services needed. The ideal candidate will be a team-player with a background in construction, painting, plumbing, or

other skilled labor. Shift: Monday- Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00PM) Duties/Responsibilities Maintain, repair & upgrade the

physical condition of properties. Perform regular inspections of the property. Working knowledge of electricity,

plumbing, carpentry, painting, and refurbishing. Services appliances, equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, etc.
