About the Role

Travel + Leisure - - Responsibilities: Provide intermediate facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and

plumbing repairs; Perform plumbing maintenance such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs;

Replace breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures; troubleshoot electrical hazards; Complete preventative

maintenance programs on HVAC and other systems; Repair interior walls, wall coverings and ceilings; patch drywall and

paint; Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; adhere to safety programs
