About the Role

Make Ready/Maintenance Technician Internship - Arizona Phoenix, AZ The Olympus Property Difference Kind acts for our

residents. The Make Ready/Maintenance Technician Intern will focus on property upkeep, grounds, curb appeal, pool and

spa maintenance, work orders, and essential maintenance skills. This future internship is a seasonal, part-time role

with a duration of a minimum of 3 months for the Summer and/or Fall term, 2026 specific site placement will be

determined based on the selected candidate's location and property needs Customer Care, Teamwork, Trust, Family, Fun

Prime, paint, and seal surfaces (including wood or metal) Caulk, plaster, and fill cracks, holes, or joints Calculate
