Machine Operator II The Machine Operator II is an entry-level position responsible for learning and operating basic

production equipment across all departments, including 823, Logplant, 5E, and Lamination. This role is ideal for

individuals with strong work ethic and attention to detail who are eager to learn technical skills in a hands-on

manufacturing environment. Operators at this level are cross trained to support multiple departments as needed, ensuring

production coverage and promoting safety and teamwork. The position serves as the foundation for growth and development
