Micro Mechanical Assembler The Micro Mechanical Assembler performs precision micro-assembly and bridge wire welding

operations under a microscope to ensure reliable electrical connections and structural integrity of critical components,

including explosive devices. Perform micro-assembly and bridge wire welding/testing under a microscope. Execute work

using visual aids, engineering drawings, and written/verbal instructions. Conduct bridge wire weld operations and verify

quality. Perform wire tensile strength and pull testing to confirm weld integrity. Set up and configure micro-assembly

fixtures, testing equipment, and workstations per work instructions. Conduct visual inspections under a microscope to
