Night Shift Dispatcher/customer Service

About the Role

Plumbing Dispatcher We are seeking a Plumbing Dispatcher to manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate technicians and

installers, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role serves as a central point of communication

between customers, field teams, and management. MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Seasonal volume may require

overtime with adjusted start and end times. This is a full-time, in-office position reporting to the Office Manager.

Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and service inquiries Address customer concerns promptly and

professionally Schedule service calls based on customer requests, technician availability, and priority Dispatch
