~3+ years of lead experience, including paint preparation and production. ~ Extensive knowledge of painting techniques,

coatings, and the ability to manage projects. ~ Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, durable

finishes. ~ Ability to read and interpret technical specifications. ~ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

~ Must be able to pass truck and crane certification with training upon hire. ~ Strong communication and organizational
