About the Role

Baker Position Purpose: Our Bakers will be responsible for executing a wide variety of tasks throughout the Bakery

department. A Baker has a keen eye for Food Safety and Sanitation and will be able to help in production and

merchandising while offering unmatched customer service. Responsibilities: A Baker is a responsible, friendly person who

can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. A Baker's responsibilities include:

Mixing, weighing, proofing, baking, frying, decorating, finishing and merchandising quality bakery products using

Bashas' recipes. Loading and unloading the oven, knowing the proper temperatures and duration to bake all varieties of
