About the Role

Pilot Car Driver (Phoenix, AZ) Pilot Car Drivers lead motorists through complex work zones and work with flaggers and

construction equipment operators to keep traffic delays to a minimum. This position also performs labor on a variety of

physical tasks to include using hand tools and/or power tools for applying asphalt products as defined by each

job/project. This position requires extensive travel, weekend work, and overtime. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Use a specially marked car to lead one-way traffic through construction work zones at a safe speed to the end of the

work zone. Coordinate with construction equipment and haul trucks. Coordinate with flaggers to hold traffic and release
