About the Role

We are seeking a Porter to join our team at our luxury student housing community in Flagstaff, Arizona. This role is

essential in maintaining the quality and integrity of our properties, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment

for our residents. As a Porter, you will assist with work orders, maintain the grounds, and be part of an on‐call

rotation to address 24‐hour emergencies. Responsibilities Care and upkeep of all rental units, property, and facilities.

Assisting in maintenance situations. Assisting with work orders. Upkeep of the grounds (picking up trash on a daily

basis). Assisting with turnover; walking units, touch‐up painting, moving furniture, etc. Other tasks and
