About the Role

Porter Position We are seeking a Porter to join our team at our luxury student housing community in Flagstaff, Arizona.

This role is essential in maintaining the quality and integrity of our properties, ensuring a comfortable and safe

living environment for our residents. As a Porter, you will assist with work orders, maintain the grounds, and be part

of an on-call rotation to address 24-hour emergencies. Key Responsibilities: Care and upkeep of all rental units,

property, and facilities. Assisting in maintenance situations. Assisting with work orders. Upkeep of the grounds

(picking up trash on a daily basis) Assisting with turnover; walking units, touch up painting, moving furniture, etc.
