About the Role
We have a Porter/Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with [504] apartment units. Sky at Chandler
Airpark 1441 E Germann Road Chandler, AZ 85286 Our hourly pay rate is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. The full-time work

are applying. Qualifications Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs Grounds care. Pick-up trash Work under direction of
Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager Bilingual (any language) a plus Understand company policies Payroll is every 2
