Road Maintenance Worker

About the Role

Overview Construct and maintain county roads within Mohave County highways, regularly maintained roads, or tertiary

maintained roads, and to provide a safe and economical transportation system for our citizens. Key Responsibilities

Travel throughout the county while operating a county vehicle in adverse traffic conditions, weather, terrain, and

altitudes. Work outdoors performing moderate to strenuous manual labor in varying weather conditions, including strong

winds, extreme heat, and extreme cold temperatures. Expose to exhaust and chemical fumes, oil, grease, hazardous

materials, and loud noises from equipment. Move and/or lift 25 lbs up to 100 lbs or more while operating heavy
