Semiconductor Maintenance Technician

About the Role

The candidate selected will be responsible for performing Preventative Maintenance for the CHD FAB Diffusion maintenance

team including tube/boat changes, cleaning, rebuild and inventory management of quartz ware, subcomponents, and other

assemblies related to the PMs. The technician will be responsible for these activities on the toolsets below: Diffusion

SVG VTR 7000 Furnace TEA Alpha-8 Furnace SVG AVP 8000 Furnace Lumonics WaferMark Laser Scribe TEL α-858 Furnace TEL

WAVES Furnace Leak detectors Various supporting metrology equipment EPI experience a plus The tasks include, but are not

limited to, troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems,
