Transportation Dispatcher

About the Role

Dispatches Truck Drivers (CDL and Non-CDL), for conveyance of materials in a safe manner for Goodwill of Central and

Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities, ensuring emails and phone calls are handled in a timely manner.

Records and maintains files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory,

and other dispatch information. Responsible for following and ensuring all safety rules are complied with and

appropriate safety equipment is used. Immediately takes action and/or reports any unsafe or potential hazards. Orders

supplies and equipment, issuing them to Team Members. Maintains the day-to-day operations of the transportation
