About the Role

Structural Welder 2nd Shift Key Responsibilities Weld and fabricate structural steel components including beams,

columns, girders, and other structural assemblies. Perform production and structural welding using 3/32 and .045 wire.

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, welding symbols, and technical specifications. Operate welding equipment

including MIG welders, stick welders, and flux-core welding equipment. Cut, shape, and prepare materials using

oxy-acetylene torches, plasma cutters, grinders, and other fabrication tools. Inspect completed welds to ensure quality,

accuracy, and compliance with project specifications. Collaborate with fabrication teams, engineers, and production
