About the Role

Certified Welder Following established procedures, responsibilities may include some or all the following: Properly set

up and operate manual and automatic welding systems per work instructions and good welding practices. Positions and

adjusts fixtures, attachments, or workpiece on machine, using visual acuity, hand tools and measuring devices. Adjust,

within procedural limits, to fine-tune the process to achieve conformance standards. Read and understand product and

process drawings, procedures, weld symbols, and quality requirements. Performs proper pre-weld cleaning and handling of

parts. Inspects hardware to ensure specifications are met, by visual inspection and measuring devices. Maintain a high
